40 Beauty Questionnaire

I found this 40 Beauty questionnaire on Imperfectly Painted's blog.  If you'd like to put this on your blog feel free. If you don't have a blog or just don't want to make post on it, but feel like answering go ahead and fill it out with your answers in the comment section. I'd love to read about what products everyone else is into!

SKINCARE
-How many times do you wash your face daily?
First thing in the morning; again as a bedtime ritual

-What skin type do you have? (dry,oily,combo)
Now it's dry but will get oily throughout the day

-What is your current facial wash?
Aveeno Ultra-Calming Foaming Cleanser

-Do you exfoliate?
Yes.  Every Monday morning

-What brand do you use?
I use St. Ives Microderm Abrasion
(This is a dupe for an exfoliate that was used on me during a dermatology research group I participated in.)

-What moisturizer do you use?
Avon's Anew Ultimate

-Do you have freckles?
Yes, but some call them age spots.

-Do you use eye cream?
Sure do.  It's what has kept my age a secret for years.  I use Avon's Anew.

-Do you or did you have acne prone skin?
I'm only allowed one pimple a month.

-Did you ever have to use Pro-activ?
No

MAKE-UP

-What foundation do you use?
I use Southern Magnolia Minerals
Less expensive than BE and way better.

-How about concealer?
Bare Minerals bisque

-Do you know your undertone color?
Very easy; I'm blue cool.

-What do you think of fake eyelashes?
I love them.  I haven't worn them in a long time.  However, I just got some in a giveaway from Beatz and I'm looking forward to wearing them again.

-Did you know that you are supposed to change your mascara every 3 months?
Yes.  My mother reminds me all the time.

-What brand of mascara do you use?
I use lots of different brands.  But my main brand is Avon's Super Shock.

-Sephora or MAC?
I'm on a tight(er) budget so I don't go near either.  I've only bought 2 items, ever, from MAC.
And I'm trying to remember if I ever both anything at Sephora.

-Do you have a MAC Pro-card?
No

-What makeup tools do you use in make up application?
Brushes

-Do you use make-up base/primer for the eyes?
Yes.  I use Urban Decay or Ulta's.

-For the face?
Sometimes I use Smashbox or Avon's Magix.

-What is your favorite eyeshadow (color or shade)?
I use Snowmandce on Ebay.  But I am fickle.

-Do you use pencil or liquid eyeliner?
Pencil, mostly, but I do use liquid too.

-How often do you poke your eyes with an eyeliner pencil?
If I say I haven't, will I jinx myself?

-What do you think of pigment eyeshadows?
I love to play with them.

-Do you use mineral makeup?
Yes

-What is your favorite lipstick?
Current fav is Rimmel's Retro Red.

-How about lipgloss?
Oh yea!  I have lots of that too.  My fav is an Urban Decay duo. Don't remember the name, but at $18, it was the most expensive lip gloss that I have ever bought.

-What is your favorite blush to use?
Milani-Luminous; Flirt-Hard Candy

-Do you buy your makeup on ebay?
Sure

-Do you like drugstore makeup?
Hell, ya! 

-Do you go to CCO's? (cosmetic company outlets)
Sure.  Orlando has tons of outlet stores.  But, don't be fooled. They don't usually have any cheaper prices than those at the regular mall stores.

-Did you ever consider taking make-up classes?
I did take a seminar for a MLM makeup company.  I, also, took a couple of classes that was offered by Nikki Bryant Salon, Orlando.

-Are you clumsy in putting on makeup?
I've gotten pretty good at it.

-Name a makeup crime that you hate?
Too much of everything!

-Do you like colorful shades of makeup (lipstick,eyeshadow) or neutral ones?
I used to play it safe.  Then got wild.  Then back to safe.  Now I will go with whatever my mood is.

-Which celebrity always has great make up?
Beyonce; Sandra Bullock

-If you could leave the house using just ONE make up item,what would you use?
Eyeliner

-Could you ever leave the house without any makeup on?
Before I was 35, I would have said no.  But now, I don't care as much.  If I'm not working that day, I probably won't wear makeup.

-Do you think you look good even without any makeup on?
I think I look very washed out.

-In your opinion, what is the BEST makeup line?
I'm so fickle, that's hard to say.  I love Avon for skincare. I love snowmandce for my shadows, but I use lots of over brands.

-What do you think of Makeup?
Makeup is fun. It gives me a creative outlet.  I enjoy the ritual of putting on makeup in the morning. And I have just as much fun shopping for it.  Reading makeup/nail blogs is my porn.
